WLIA 24: Enter the Machine Part 3

In finish the first reading about Albany’s political machine in the 20th century, covering Dan O’Connell’s rules and what his friends said of him. As I process how the machine lost power, as well as how it didn’t and other observations. I also do an accessory reading from a more outgoing political boss which speaks to how things are done.
