WLIA 19: The Return of Sam Fein

This time I chat again with County Legislator Sam Fein likely the most progressive Democrat in Albany County government. We discuss what he’s working on which includes free bus service and providing the right to counsel in Housing Court, allowing many people to fight being evicted. After that we get stuck in the weeds of housing policy, starting with Gov Hoculs initiative for Transit Based development, and how the Senate, for which he works as a staffer, did nothing this year.
