Today I have a special guest, Canyon Ryan, the Executive Director of United Tenants of Albany. He joins me to give an in depth update on the state of housing reform in Albany, starting with Just cause eviction reform in limbo, rent control study, then a tour of organizing efforts. We also cover the obstacles and setbacks as we also discuss the past and future efforts and goals for housing justice in the city.
